Question by Sanders S: what is the best way to lose the low abdominal stomach fat?
i am not overweight but i want to get more toned for this summer. I want some abs! if I am strong and built, i just need to burn a little excess fat and ill be good. any suggestions?

targeted or “spot” training/weightloss is impossible. It is your genetic predisposition that determines your body type. Instead, try to eat better and exercise…daily. Drink lots of water and stay away from simple sugars like in soda and other high fructose corn syrup products as these have a tendency to build fat around the belly.
