no such thing as spot fat reduction, so if you dont already have fat loss in other areas ull burn the fat in other places before u see your abs start to show

@kiwiiboii not necessarily..you do start to lose muscle after long periods of doin just running..now if you’re doing hiit then you can build lean muscle (notice olympic sprinters)…but if you just jog for an hour you’re actually going for the more kenyan look

@cheerup95 actually what u’re saying is more stupid. my cousin who’s a marine engineer is really fit even though he and his 2 friends finish a truckload of food in a week or 2. reason for fitness? constantly haing to run up and down the stairs of the ship, playing outdoors, and exercise.
