    @Vtricks Because if you work larger muscle groups then they burn more fat. That is y in a workout always start with a larger muscle groups such as leg chest lats ect then move onto things such as bicep tricep traps ect much more efficent

    @only1mitch I agree it does come down to hard work…the quality and intensity of your workouts and the quality of the foods that you’re eating. And you’re right, you don’t need to do crunches. That’s why I wrote a book called Abs Uncrunched. : )

    @ScottColby lmao, listen it comes down to you at the end of the day not some workout, it comes down to hard work!!

    Cardio makes your heart rate go up, making your body sweat!!

    A workout alone will not make you lose weight, dieting is an equal part!!

    You dont need to do crunches everyday, you do variations, running and cycling work your abs too.

    and people who use treadmill everyday, are they really working hard then? are they really pushing themselves? asi said it comes down to hard work
