Question by David: How can i get rid of abdominal fat before next year?
I am 14 years old and would like to have abs before i hit high school next school year. I am solid in my abdominal area and if you hit me it would be solid ( although you most likely wont, hopefully )
even though i have muscle it wont show so i would like to know how to get rid of that fat and have the actual bumps that are supposed to be there. I weigh 140 pounds and have a 31′ inch waist

You can’t target where you want to lose fat. But to burn fat you must do cardio and reduce your calorie intake, it’s the only way. You can choose running, jogging, or aerobics for at LEAST 30 minutes a day for at LEAST 3 days a week, maybe even more since you’re so young.
Since you’re so young I do recommend talking with your parents and with a doctor so you can get on a specific plan. To find out how many calories you need do some research online.
You can also lift weights and tone your abs all you want, if the fat is still there you still won’t be able to see it.

I’ll make this short and sweet, Abs are made in the kitchen. It doesn’t matter how much you workout if you don’t have a good diet in order to have a low body fat percentage which allows your abdominals to be visible.

and weight lifting are the best to loose weight
