Josh Bezoni has just released his 7 Day Belly Blast Diet and in my review I wanted to share with you my thoughts on the program so you’ll be able to make a better decision to whether or not you should invest in it.

The creator of the diet, Josh Bezoni was somebody that I was vaguely familiar with but didn’t know a lot about. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing because he had appeared in nationwide publications but what also struck a chord in me was how many people he had backing up his program. Overall my thoughts on the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet is that it’s a great program if you’re trying to lose belly fat in one week and if you’re looking to detoxify your body then it’ll also be a wise choice.

The main advantage that Bezoni uses with the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet is the use of confusing the body with calorie consumption. It’ll be way too easy to think that you could eat whatever you want and still lose weight while on a diet but that doesn’t seem to be the answer. But that also doesn’t mean that you have to starve yourself to get any kind of rapid fat loss results. The way I look at this diet program is that they’ll give you a little bit of both worlds meaning they’ll not allow you to eat very much on some days but on other days you’re allowed to eat a great deal more and this will not only help keep you sane but it’ll also confuse your body into burning much more belly fat.

Another reason I’m fond of the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet is because it is kind of like a detoxification program. Meaning you’re going to be eliminated all processed and non-organic foods from your diet.

Bezoni is really against eating sugars and other grains that have been heavily processed and are loaded with belly fat storing chemicals that we constantly put into our bodies on a regular basis. Essentially, all we should be eating are whole foods along with water and that’s pretty much it. So this will be an incredible way to quickly detox your body in one week while also dropping some fat at the same time.

I would definitely recommend this dieting program for somebody who’s trying to get in shape for an upcoming event or something like that. Although the diet won’t do miracles and you won’t look like a model after completing but I can practically guarantee that you’ll be better off than when you started the diet.
