Question by Tommy: Eating patterns to lose abdominal fat?
Can someone clearly tell me what to eat daily and how much to eat, as well as what foods to stay away from in order to lose stomache fat to show a six pack I’m developing? I’m sad to say that I usually over-eat but I’m 6’3 and 145 pounds, so I don’t have too much excess fat.
Oh, and I won’t take pills to lose fat. I’m going to do it the healthy way. Any other opinions on what to eat?

I don’t think you need any weight loss…wouldn’t exercise build up your abs ?

    Eat less carbs, and less saturated fats (bad fats like animal fats). Studies have found those kinds of fats and too many carbs (hi GI) get stored on the abdomin. But really, if you lose any weight, you will eventually notice a difference, just be patient.
